That would be pretty creative! It would depend on the kind of campaign you'd run though.

The BEST implementation I've seen of what you're mentioning is from a guy called Daniel Throssell. But his thing is through a single landing page that calls you to sign up to his mailing list (and the storyline happens with each email, where each one leads you to new pages. Its straightforward and leads in a way "opt-in" to the story you're trying to tell.)

If you're by chance suggesting a targeted ad campaign that does just that, the tricky part is people clicking to see the actual landing page (or uhh, billboard in this case).

They'd most likely have to be on the long-form side (Facebook maybe?) and tie not only your page but also your ad into it. I'd be all for it.
